2-26 Speaker Series: Feeding the Hungry

Clint McCann is the Evangelical Professor of Biblical Interpretation at Eden Theological Seminary. He has taught, preached, or led workshops for church and academic gatherings in twenty-seven states, including over one hundred congregations representing twelve
denominations.

He is a friend of Parkway and notes that Parkway has been very active in CROP/Church World and its world-encompassing ministry to address issues of poverty, disaster, and displacement, which means (among other things) feeding the hungry. This session will explore the biblical rationale for that ministry, touching on a variety of texts from the Torah, the Prophets, the Psalms, and the New Testament.
