Author and activist Cynthia Changyit Levin shares real stories from her non-partisan advocacy experiences to illustrate the importance of working with members of Congress even when we don’t agree with them. She will also give an update on Bread for the World’s advocacy on the Farm Bill and offer a letter-writing action for participants to help bring nutrition to people in poverty in the U.S. and around the world.
The speaker will appear live in the Heritage Room following worship. There will be no remote conferencing for this program.
