By all objective standards, Kim Gardner was a stunning failure as the City of St. Louis’ top prosecutor, but she stubbornly refused to give up her position. Our speaker, Bill Corrigan served as the number two person in the Missouri Attorney General’s office and will recount his story as the lead attorney in the court case that successfully forced Ms. Gardner out of office.
