Bread for the World Update

Thanks in part to the PUCC offering of letters this past summer, Senator Hawley signed Senate Resolution 260 supporting global maternal/child nutrition! It took a lot of teamwork with other Missouri churches holding Offerings of Letters generating messages to him. I hand-delivered PUCC letters in a meeting with his aides in his Washington DC office in July and also attended a September meeting in his St Louis office with a coalition of representatives from Bread for the World, RESULTS, and World Vision. Thank you to everyone who helped with our Offering of Letters by setting up, writing, and praying with us!
