Tuesday Evening Dialogue: Just Mercy

New TED Book May 9

2nd & 4th Tuesdays | 6:00-8:30pm | Heritage Room | Potluck & Discussion

Tuesday Evening Dialogue (TED) continues its tradition of casual potluck suppers and book discussions.

We are currently discussing the compelling true story by Bryan Stevenson: Just Mercy: A story of Justice and Redemption. Bryan Stevenson is the executive director of the Equal Justice Initiative in Montgomery, Alabama, and a professor of law at New York University Law School.  He has won relief for dozens of condemned prisoners, argued five times before the Supreme Court, and won national acclaim for his work challenging bias against the poor and people of color.  He has received numerous awards, including the MacArthur Foundation “Genius” Grant.

TED welcomes everyone interested in delicious POTLUCKS and interesting, informal BOOK DISCUSSIONS!  We hope you will join us!
