Note Date Change:
The Nathan Rauscher Quartet

Fri, Feb 16 | 9:00pm | $10

The Kinda Blue Club, 6101 Idaho Ave, St. Louis
The Kinda Blue Club is a small house that has been renovated to accommodate small music ensembles in a comfortable, living room-like atmosphere. The event is family friendly, and guests are invited to bring their owns snacks and drinks. I recommend bringing warm clothes, as the house can be a bit chilly in the winter.
I’m always grateful for the opportunity to work with my band–these are dear friends, and the players I call first because they are so unbelievably skilled, attentive, and fun to work with. We’ll be programming standards from the American Songbook, bebop, and original music.

Worship with Us this Sunday!

Join us on Sunday for Traditional Worship at 9:30am and/or Informal Worship at 11:00am where our scripture lessons will be Genesis 9:8-17; Psalm 25:1-10; Mark 1:9-15 with a sermon entitled From Lovers to Fools with Our Eyes. We see the rainbow after the flood. We see the dove descending as Jesus comes up out of the water at his baptism. We see the wild animals and the angels with Jesus in the wilderness for 40 days. What do you see then and there? Now and here?

We will light our Lenten Candles and hear about our Second Mile Lent Offering.

Inclement Weather Policy
If we need to cancel church on a Sunday morning due to wintry weather, we will communicate with you in a variety of ways:
  • Church wide email
  • Facebook/Twitter post
  • listing
  • Voicemail at church
Judgment whether to come to church rests with the individual. If you feel it is unsafe to drive, please don’t risk it. Stay safe. Stay home.

Human Trafficking in Our Area

We would like to invite you to join St. Charles Outreach Coalition against Human Trafficking (SCCAT)

on Thursday February 15, 2018 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Trinity Church located at 3515 Shackelford Road., Florissant, MO 63031 to learn about human trafficking in our area especially in North County.

During the event, we will hear from the St. Louis County Police Department (Human Trafficking Task Force). We also are honored to have Chief Belmar of the St. Louis County Police Department joining us for the opening session. This organization will discuss their important work responding to human trafficking and the support available for victims and their families in the Greater St. Louis Area and beyond.
This is a Free Event; thus, your RSVP will help our event organizers to provide a better service for you during the event. For RSVP, please email Or contact 314.838.8820 or register from the link below:
This event was primarily scheduled on January to observe the National Human Trafficking Awareness Day that is every year on January 11. However, because of some unavoidable circumstances in weather situation, we canceled it and rescheduling our event on February 15th, 2018. National Human Trafficking Awareness Day’s observance was started in 2011 by Presidential Proclamation of National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month. The anniversary of this proclamation became known as National Human Trafficking Awareness Day. Currently, many countries in the world including the USA are the source, transit and destination country for trafficked children, women, and men. These people can be of foreign nationalities or the citizens of the USA, but they are all subjected to injustices of human trafficking, including sex trafficking, forced labor, involuntary servitude, forced marriage and debt bondage. Many mass campaigns are organized to observe National Human Trafficking Awareness Day. This helps raise public awareness of the crime of human trafficking and helps protect some vulnerable members of our community.

We hope you/everyone is available and comfortable to participate in this new schedule on Thursday February 15, 2018 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pmat Trinity Church located at 3515 Shackelford Road., Florissant, MO 63031.
