Our April version of Christmas caroling. Meet at church at 9:00 on April 7 and/or April 21. We will then visit some of our special Parkway friends and sing  favorite hymns. Song sheets are provided. Monday, April 30 |  and Saturday, May 12

It’s that time of year when we begin looking forward to Habitat for Humanity work day. Things will be just a little different this year, as we will be joining other folks from other UCC churches to help with the first day of the Blitz. We’ll need to provide 15 workers for Monday, April 30 to assemble and put up walls. Then on Saturday, May 12 we need 10 workers to continue work on exteriors and begin work on interiors. It takes many volunteers to make a friendly, welcoming and inspirational worship experience at Parkway. The following opportunities to serve are available:

Greeters – make visitors and long time members alike feel welcome with your smiling greeting when they come to church. Signup sheet in the Gathering Space.

Pastries – Sign up to provide pastries some time this year. There’s just something about the lure of delicious treats to spark and promote conversation!

Flowers – Beautify the sanctuary  “just because “ or while celebrating a birthday/anniversary or honoring the memory of a loved one. The following week, the same flowers are delivered to shut-ins and various others in the congregation.

Send our Parkway UCC collegians trick-or-treat packages!  Drop your donations of individually wrapped Halloween candy packages in the box in the Gathering Space by October 23. We have over 30 college students this year, so we thank you in advance for your generosity!
